FAQS AND UNMATCHED POLICY

FAQS

1. Does UNMATCHED have unisex items?
Yes! All of UNMATCHED apparel is unisex unless stated otherwise. We have both male and female ambassadors to showcase the versatility of our pieces for all genders.

2. Does UNMATCHED restock?
No, we do not restock! If we ever do, it's for a special reason.

3. Does UNMATCHED offer drop-offs, pickups, and shipping?
Yes, we do all of the above!

  • Drop-offs: Available only in the D.C. area.
  • Pickups: Considered "Meet-Ups," where we agree on a convenient location for both parties.
  • Shipping: We offer international shipping and can ship to any location worldwide.

UNMATCHED POLICY

 

1. UNMATCHED does NOT restock, and we do NOT offer refunds. Refunds are only issued in cases where the CEO is at fault.


2. When reaching out to UNMATCHED via text or email, a proper greeting (e.g., "Hello, how are you?") is required. Messages without a proper greeting will NOT receive a response.
